Food, animation team, room size and style, polite restaurant staff, pools, nice beach bar.

Everything was fantastic.

The a sauna and a pool were a big plus. Proximity to a train station helped to explore Side.

The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Food was excellent and we will definitely consider going again in the future. Reception staff were also very friendly and helpful.

We were disappointed with our room location especiallyas we booked it early in November and some friends came in our party who booked a room 2 days before they arrived and were given a corner room with a sea view. We made our reservation based on the Sultan of Side website picture of a room which was not what we were given on arrival.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, right on the beach but not too crowded. The breakfast spread was delicious with

The hotel was in close proximity to an enjoyable promenade with plenty of shops and places to eat. the pool staff were consistently attentive and the hotel offered a variety of pools to choose from. The spa and health facilities 

The staff serving the tables in the bar and the restaurant were very pleasant and the food was very nice.

This is by no means a five star hotel but as the saying goes..."you get what you pay for!"

This hotel offered an outstanding service and exclusive amenities, fulfilling my luxurious needs. The Spa & wellness centre had amazing massage treatments and a relaxing sauna. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for enjoying the 

The location of this hotel is great, with easy access to both the waterfalls and the sea. The beach is right on the doorstep, and there is an on-site water sport company offering various activities. The rooms are spacious with plenty of clothing space 

Stayed at a hotel for New Year's which was great overall. The food was very tasty and well presented, with a lot of variety in both the main courses and desserts. The hotel was also located
